Super Cute E-Mail from a Customer
Hello Loveshine!
I was soooo excited to see that you guys have a store online- I no longer live in New York and I couldn't believe my luck! The only thing is- I want something very specific and it's not on there!
Here's my story:
Over the years I have owned 4 (seriously) Nakahara cell pouches. One was stolen out of my coat at a sushi restaurant, I left one in a taxi running to go see the elephants come through the tunnel in midtown and another one is at the bottom of the ocean off the coast of Ecuador. A couple of years ago (I think after the elephants) you took my photo while I was purchasing a replacement- I'm not sure if it made it to the site....
ANywho- I was dancing my bad self around at my town's "reggae night" last night and my poor, stained, ripped nakahara pouch ran out of steam, the zipper popping apart, spilling id's, burger club cards and peppermint chapstick all over the dance floor. I WAS DEVASTATED
SO I ran to google and searched desperately through your site for a replacement- alas, the only pouch was a brown flowery one. I know it's strange to own the same version of something over and over, but this wallet has really become my THING over the years- I ran into an ex from high school and he saw it and said it brought back memories... Is there any way I can place a special order? Please?!? I'll pay extra ofcourse!
Thank you so much for your time, your beautiful crafts and a treasured object that over the years has hung off my wrist and held my most important possessions as I danced around (hands free thanks to the genius strap!)
